About Columbia Fish & Game
Our Mission
The purpose of this association is to protect and propagate game and fish, to assist in conservation of forests and streams, to assist in making game and fish laws, and to foster and perpetuate a feeling of good will between fellow sportsmen, farmers, and game and fish authorities.
Our Club Rules
Updated and Effective 1.1.2025
- Members must always know and abide by the Constitution, Bylaws and rules.
- Membership – Any member whose dues are not paid by October 1 is not considered a current member and may not use the club facilities until dues are paid for the upcoming year. In other words, beginning on October 1st, any individual using the club facilities must be a current member. Gate key cards are deactivated on October 1st, members have a 90-day grace period from October 1st to December 31st to pay their dues and have their cards re-activated. After December 31st, you are no longer a member and will need to re-apply for membership. All applications require the signature of a sponsor.
- Membership cards must always be readily accessible while on the club grounds.
- Members only shall be admitted and are limited to one guest unless there is an organized public event. A member in good standing must always accompany their guest. This member shall be responsible for the behavior of their guest.
- Parents/guardians shall always be responsible for the conduct of their children (under the age of 18) in and about the grounds, also for anything broken, damaged or destroyed. No unsupervised children are allowed on any range.
- Any member of the club abusing club property shall be reported to the Board of Directors and dealt with accordingly.
- Any member using profane language or committing acts that are unsportsmanlike may face disciplinary action.
- All members should help in policing the grounds and clubhouse.
- Permission for groups to use the building or any other part of the grounds must be obtained from the Board of Directors and recorded on the club website calendar and the clubhouse bulletin board, showing dates and times.
- Property of the CF&G Asso. shall not be removed from the grounds without permission from the Board of Directors.
- Any problems with the buildings or other facilities such as broken windows, leaky roof, damaged or broken benches, tables, etc. should be reported to the Board of Directors.
- Any person finding articles not belonging to them should place them in the small meeting room in the lost and found receptacle.
- There shall be no hunting on club grounds at any time.
- Club members may not use club facilities for personal financial gain.
- Only members and special guests are invited to attend regular club meetings.
- Your spouse, your children under the age of 18 and grandchildren under the age of 18 are not considered guests.
